Summer intern

Interviewers were very approachable and professional. We had two rounds of interview, both of which were held on-campus. There was also a pre-final round reception at night to see how applicant interact with others in a social setting. It was relatively relaxing. The interviews consisted of mostly behavioural questions and they try to assess whether or not you are a good fit for the company. The whole interview process was facilitated and communicated by the school and also HR. They also asked pretty standard questions. Have good examples prepared for leadership and teamwork experience. They also like to get to know you outside of work, so be prepared to elaborate on your hobbies and outside interests. Just be relaxed and prepared.
