Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and completed numerical & verbal tests. Then invited to face-to-face interviews, these involved arriving sometime before the actual interview to register and wait with the other candidates. HR were very friendly and ensured a relaxed atmosphere. One-on-one interview lasting about 30-40 minutes with an IBD Associate. This went well, however, we had to cut short the interview despite having a lot more to say. Had received other offers just prior to interviews so did not continue the process.
