pre-talk: phone interview. walked through the resume. why s&t. trading experience. lessons learnt from trading stocks.
1st round: 2 to 1 onsite interview. why db. questions about previous internships. questions on financial indicators. questions on fx forward rates. a brain teaser.
final round: 1 to 1 onsite interview. why s&t. three weaknesses that make me fail to get the offer. one successful experience. one failure. one teamwork experience which ends in failure. preferrence between sales and trading.
db ppl are really efficient. the whole process completed within one week. though i didn't get the offer, the interviewers did give me very good advices.
