After the I had submitted the online application, I received the invitation to the first phone interview. The interview itself took about one hour. The questions ranged from motivation to a brainteaser. After the interview I got positive feedback within a couple of days. Initially, they wanted me to come to Frankfurt for a personal interview, however, since I was studying abroad at the time, they directly offered me the position.
