Trading Intern

Applied online via the homepage. For this internsip, no online testing was necessary. After approximately 1 week, I received the invitation for the interview at their office. I had two 1 on 1 interviews with traders (no HR). Interview was rather technical, mainly questions about Black-Scholes and option pricing theory in general. I had also a couple of questions about exotic options. After the interview, I was allowed to sit on the trading floor next to current interns and they explained their daily business.
