Sought out by an internal DB recruiter. Spoke with an MD for an hour and a half on the phone. Came in to interview in person- spoke with MD (my direct manager), two Directors in the US, and one Director in the UK via video conference. Was notified by the recruiter that they were interested in continuing the candidacy and was asked to provide proof of last salary/bonus. Was then sent a bunch of disclosure paperwork via email which I signed and emailed back. Received formal offer letter and relocation award letter, though was told not to give notice until drug and background/credit checks came back Took a drug test and (very thorough) background check and received the all clear.
