Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Fairly standard phone and first round interview going through deal experience with HR. Wanted to feel out the compensation level as a lateral, which HR was fairly open about. It seems like they were more selling me on joining DB than other way around, but no technicals or financial questions period besides deal type.
