Deutsche Beteiligungs AG is a public investment firm specializing in management buyout and late stage transactions of middle market companies. The firm prefers to make investments across a broad range of sectors, including automotive supplies; machine and plant construction; printing, media, and packaging; industrial services and logistics; and measuring and automation technology. It primarily invests in companies based in Germany and in German speaking countries. The firm typically invests between €50 million ($59.56 million) and €250 million ($297.8 million) in companies with revenues between €50 million ($59.56 million) and €500 million ($595.61 million). It does not invest in start-up and early stage companies. Deutsche Beteiligungs AG was founded in 1965 and is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
