The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
1. Skype interview asking me mainly about my motivation and if I knew what they did. Asked me a bit about my CV and language skills (English mandatory, German very important, Portuguese and Spanish helpful). A bit of chit chat at the end.
2. Came in the office to speak to the head of the Sao Paulo office and the employee I would mostly be working with. Basically just talking about when to start, details etc. Was more of an offer than an interview.
