1. what is your biggest weakness? (need to be specific, can tell that the interviewer won't buy a generic/actually-strength answer; 2. a lot of "tell me a time when..." & follow-up questions about details/actions/reactions etc. 3. why should we not hire you (not sure the exact wording, but a question to this effect or something similar) --> this was the final question before time for Q&A so was a little taken aback but was able to think on my feet and respond to the question by talking about my strengths
