Quite a rigorous process, more so than I expected. Pretty much no behaviorals even in the first round. The first round the recruiter asks a couple of questions about you just to make you think you're in a behavioral round, and then they immediately jump into accounting questions. I was very frazzled but if you know your stuff on how the three financial statements are interconnected, you should be fine.
