Dimensional is a different company. The atmosphere is fantastic and young. I interviewed there in college for a summer internship at there Santa Monica office. I did not get it my first time around. It was down to me and someone prick from a top 20 school and he beat me out...... No worries 2 years out of school they called me and asked me to interview. :)

Havent started yet. Just thought I would talk about it. The company investment technique is unique. They are not passive investors but they do believe in the efficient market hypothesis. Basically they believe you get what you pay for with stocks and bonds.

If you want to work for this company I HIGHLY recommend meeting and getting to know someone who works there. They take hiring very seriously and are looking for someone who understands and believes in the investment strategy. Check out the website, take a guy out to lunch - ask them about DFA, and find out everything you can about the company before asking to apply

The intership interview process took 3+ months and had four rounds of interviews... my post college to less than 1 and had one phone interview and one day of in person interviews. I sped up the process by telling them I would be in town shortly and would love to come by. Visit the campus.
