Contacted a few weeks after applying to set up an interview with a recruiter. Contacted the next day to set up an interview with a member of the sales group I was interviewing with. About a week later recruiter emailed to attend a super day later that month, which consisted of four 1 on 1 interviews, one of which was over skype, then we had a group lunch that was a very casual and laid back discussion. Heard back two weeks after with the offer, had two weeks to decide.
