-The first phone interview is with the HR. Basic questions about your resume and experiences/projects. A question on Fama French 3 factor model.
-The second phone interview is with the Hiring Manager. Basic questions about your resume and experiences/projects again with a little more detail. Be ready to talk about any one experience/project at length. A few basic questions about Fama French 3 factor model again. Nothing too technical.
-Once you get through the first two rounds; you're invited for an on-site interview; where you have 4-5 1 on 1 interviews with several analysts and managers of the department the role is in. The questions asked were more technical about Fama French. A few questions about data analysis. A basic question on SQL (What's a right join?). Fairly pleasant and not that intense.
You then get notified within a week or two regarding the decision.
