Applied online. Received an email within two months confirming an initial phone interview with HR. Very simple behavioral questions e.g. tell me about yourself, why Dimensional? Heard back within one day confirming second round phone interview with Senior Researcher. 2nd phone interview was all about my research experience and specific technical skills I have utilized in the research method. Questions were not necessarily technical; more about the depth of my understanding of research processes in real cases. Invited to Super Day within 1 hour of phone call. Flew to Austin (all expenses paid) for an interview with 5 researchers (3 VPs/Senior Researchers). Case question for technical interview -- measures your logic and intuition when approached with a research case.
