Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round phone interview with HR (US based) fairly easy with a few questions around their investment philosophy and my background. Would be a good idea to revise EMH and Fama French 3FM before hand
Second round interview in DFA London office - reasonably relaxed with nice offices. Got the impression that the interviewers did not have time for me however - fairly rushed questions with a strong emphasis on my background and some further questions around their investment philosophy - advice: reasearch ‘portfolio tilting’
