The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Applied on LinkedIn, reaches out to recruiter associates with posting to express enthusiasm about the role. Was contacted later by another recruiter to set up a date. Had one interview with the entire team and was offered the role shortly thereafter.
Interview Questions
Can’t say there was anything really too difficult since the interview wasn’t technical at all. I think one person asked me about specific excel functions/my experience with excel but those were breezy since there was no VBA involved. The most complicated excel function was just INDEX MATCH MATCH which isn’t too bad. Questions were mostly based on going through my resume line by line and pulling out relevant experience or asking me how I work in a team so nothing crazy. Overall a laid back interview process

Background Check
Interview
Really low key. More just wanting to know fit - they can pretty much tell if you have a solid resume from a good school you'll be fine performance (and they can teach anything). More focused on the fit.
Interview Questions
Honestly nothing. They will ask about your experience in classes and which one was your favorite (Will tell them where your interests lie - so answer strategically. They will ask why audit/ tax/ RAS/ consulting etc. Also, why accounting? I was either lucky or took control of the interview in a way I did not get anything tough. I remember in my office interview, the office managing partner said "after this we are going to have a discussion on who to pick. Give me three reasons why I should pick you."
