First you apply -> A numerical/deductive/inductive test (I think they filter incredibly hard here) -> 1 -1 Interview -> Offer

It seems the hardest part was to actually get into the interview, as I got the impression that they had cut off most of the 500 applicants by the interview. At the actual interview the people were incredibly nice, asking a mix of brain teasers, technicals and some motivational.

Techincals included: "pitch me a stock", "What are some dangers of PE and what happens when debt is increased"
Interview Questions
A brain teaser which asked what the angle between 3:15 and 3:00 was on an anologue clock.

Group Interview
Interview
Started by submitting resume, cover letter, and answers to three essay prompts. Invited to interview on campus a month later. Two interviews back to back.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question was about how I would respond if a fellow analyst I was working with made a mistake on a slide deck that my MD was presenting to a client. The interviewer stressed that the mistake was a critical one that no one else in the room, which included my MD and the CEO of the client company, had noticed, except for me. But I also knew that it was my fellow analyst that made the error. Being honest, this was not a question I prepared for, so I took a second to gather my thoughts. Up until this point, all of the questions had been standard behavioral ones about why IB, why this company, etc.

Interview
Submission of CV and cover to HR, followed by face to face interview with 2 members of the team, and final round interview with the MD
Interview Questions
The questions were very standard and consisted of mainly fit and technicals for the 1st round of interviews. Hardest questions I would say were 2 brainteaser questions that were asked at the end of the session. First question, a 10x10x10 cube consisting of 1x1x1 cubes is painted black on the outside. How many of these small cubes have at least one side painted black? Second question, how do you get 4l of water given just a 3l and 5l beaker? For the final round interview with the MD, questions mainly revolve around fit and some macro questions.

Interview
After an initial round, received a modeling test on a typical client of the bank's IBD. Completed model, ppt, and doc summarizing results. Had to recommend what changes to make to capital structure of a company facing difficulties. It seemed like they had already made up their minds before the interview started, but I did have to discuss my findings with a VP and MD for about a half hour
Interview Questions
What resources used and why. I had mostly used the company filings, and they went in-depth into the resources that were available and their accuracy, and probed me on resources that I has used during my internship and at my previous firm. Since my experience was in s Niro secured lending, I didn't have either access to or experience with a lot of the IBD-specific tools that I now use in the job. A review of fact set, Bloomberg and capital IQ might be a good move for a junior without experience in those specific areas before this interview.
