Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Reached out to me for a phone interview with the Strategy Group manager. Talked for an hour or so, very conversational. Wanted to know about my background and what I did in school, had a few technical and a few situational questions but nothing too difficult. Brought in for an in person interview which consisted first of an office tour by the HR Manager, then a group interview with a Partner, Manager, Associate and Analyst. Really tried to get to know you as a person and your background, with a few more situational and technical questions thrown in as well. Lasted about 2 hrs.
