The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Background Check
Interview
The interview took place with the direct supervisor I would work under if I got the job and a social worker that works closely with the Impact and Evaluation Department of DOROT. They asked questions about my experiences from my resume.
Interview Questions
The questions were pretty standard. It was not a hard interview. They wanted to know more about my past experiences and how I can apply them to DOROT. It was important to know how well I interact with older adults or if I had any at all. They asked if I would be willing to travel around the city for clients if need be. They asked how I would conduct a home assessment if I was given the chance. We discussed my thoughts on old age and what I know about social services whose intentions are to help older adults reduce social isolation and help them engage more in the community.
