Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The application begins with an online submission of the following materials: resume, cover letter, and 2 page stock write up. Dorsey is a long-only equity research fund and they have materials on their website that help with pitching a company relevant to their portfolio. The first round interview lasted 10 minutes and was behavioral. The 2nd round interview was with a number of senior members of the company. I would advice other candidates to research the fund's specific strategy, especially for the stock write up.
