Overall it was a typical interview consisting of behavioral and situation questions. The first morning interview was a panel of two researchers. Halfway through the interview one member explains they need to leave for a meeting. The second panel member stays and immediately asks if I have children and what are their ages. Two interviews later in the day during my interview with the director he states you must relocate and can not try to commute. I tried to commute when my daughter was in college. I found his statement strange since I never mentioned my daughter in college to him and I indicated to him during our previous phone interview that I would relocate.
