Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was supposed to be intro discussion, but interviewer was incorrectly instructed to perform 30-minute fully technical interview instead. Had no understanding of the group and what they do outside of the posted job description. Interviewer didn't seem interested in my background at all to understand if I'd even be a good fit.
