Applied through campus career portal, received an email from the recruiter (who was also the director) to schedule an interview. Had two phone calls and was given a week to accept.
Interview Questions
The interview started out with a resume walkthrough. Everyone essentially knows what to expect from that.
There weren't any technicals which was strange. They asked if I knew what industries the firm targets, which you should be able to uncover pretty easily with a simple search. They also asked if these industries would be of interest to me long term. They asked where my interest in these industries comes from. When given the option between Government Services and Aerospace & Defense, I was asked which one I would choose to work in and why
