This was through a university program and for a position on the data exchange team in Chicago. After resume review, I was sent an OA with four questions which consisted of two lc medium and two lc hard (dp) problem. A week after doing the OA, I was invited to meet with the hiring manager in a technical interview. It was partly behavioral and partly system design. System design questions were about arranging seats in a theatre. He also asked questions about contracts and stuff.

He asked me a question about when prop firms use UDP vs TCP in the trading space. And I had no idea about the application of these two protocols. They also asked a question about futures contract and liquidity which required a solid understanding of derivatives.
