The Fund employs merger arbitrage, long/short, and event-driven strategies. As well as fundamental analysis to make its investments. We focus on companies with Special Situations from distressed assets to recovery situations.

The main objective of the Fund is to provide investors with long term capital growth by following a speculative policy investing in smaller companies, new issues, take over targets and companies going through a difficult period with good recovery prospects.
