Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial communications were the first round interview which was one-on-one. Afterwards, invitations were given for the superday a few weeks later. The superday consisted of five one-on-one interviews with Analysts, Associates, VPs, and MDs. Each interview is a different mix of technical/behavioral questions. Technical questions mostly dealt with basic accounting and valuation. Since the group has many sub-specialties, making sure you have a strong interest in one of them.
