Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through OCR and a got a first round interview. Interview was with a second year Analyst and an MD, both alumni of my school. Got the usual questions like why I wanted to banking, what I thought my strengths were, and about the classes I'd taken at school. Also talked about what would make me able to handle the long hours. The MD was looking at his phone for a lot of the interview - didn't get great vibes from him. Interview was pretty short, about 20 minutes. Didn't go terribly, but wasn't great either. I never heard back.
