The interview process was very straightforward. I applied to the position on my school's OCR as well as the Duff & Phelps career site. After around a month, I was invited for a first round pre-recorded video interview. Think HireVue except this particular interview included some basic financial technicals. Then a few days after the deadline, I received notice of a Superday in Dallas the next week. The superday consisted of a cocktail reception the night before the actual interview. The Superday itself included 5 interviews: one with 2 senior associates, two with VP's, one with a director, and one with an MD. After those five were completed, all candidates ate lunch with the hiring director some analysts and anyone else in the office who wanted to stop by. We then broke into 2 separate groups and conducted a case study. This included developing a basic DCF model and running a comps analysis. We then presented our findings via PowerPoint to someone higher up.
