Dispute Consulting Intern

First, I applied for a job shadow day at their Chicago office via my school's career services website. I attended the job shadow day where I was introduced to various employees, given a tour of the office, discussed the nature of the job, and was taken to lunch. A few weeks later I received an invitation to attend a Super Day in their Chicago office. The Super Day consisted of three thirty minute interviews with different levels of employees. The interviews were all one on one, and they basically just asked questions about my background and behavorial questions. They did not ask any technical questions. About two weeks later I received an offer.
