Investment Banking Analyst

I applied online after an employee referral. A few weeks later I received a request for a phone interview. The phone interview was basic with questions about my background and why D&P ibanking. I was then invited to the superday in NYC. The superday began with a group case study. We were given a case which required running a DCF and comps valuation. We then presented the case to a VP and current analyst. After the case study, I had four back to back interviews with a MD, two VPs, and an associate. I received an offer several weeks later.
