Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The normal process consists of an on-campus interview followed by a Super Day, but mine was a little different because I was interviewing elsewhere when D&P was on campus.
The process is extremely easy and fit is 90% of what D&P cares about. There are never technical questions that aren't in the vault guide, and they are just trying to pick out who has a good personality and is going to work their asses off without complaining.
