Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Applied in mid-October. First-round interview consisted of a phone screen with an analyst and an associate. Final-round interview was conducted over the phone that lasted about an hour and a half, which consisted of thirty minutes with an analyst, associate, and VP. More so emphasized professional experience and culture questions. Some behaviorals and your basic technicals (Walk me through a DCF, etc). I had prior experience with LBO's so we discussed that for a bit. Very competent and communicative recruiter. Overall very good hiring process, just interesting that the "superday" was not in person. Received and accepted offer.
