Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through my school website. After a week, I received an email to choose the best time for me for a phone interview. During my phone call interview, I received a lot technical questions, a few fit questions, and none about my resume. After I told my story, the interviewer immediately began to ask me fit questions such as what I think analysts do at investment banks and where I see myself in 5-10 years. After that the interview was primarily technical. I was asked how to value a company, how to complete DCF analysis and many other questions.
