Presentation
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First phone interview was 45 minutes of technicals, typical questions like "walk me through a DCF", "pitch me a stock", "what is the dow at", things you would find on any good finance interview guide. I was told after the interview that I made final rounds.
Final round interview consisted of four 45 minute one-on-one interviews, with VP's, Directors, and MD's. Two interviews were technical, two were behavioral. Didn't get any questions I didn't expect. Finally, I was placed into a group with four other candidates and we had 45 minutes to read and analyze a typical valuation case involving an acquisition. We then presented to an MD. I received the offer the following week.
