Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Standard online application form requiring CV and covering letter. Within 3 days of online application was invited to an assessment centre in their London office - approximately 16 people in attendance. First exercise was a 1 hour numerical test followed by a group exercise where we were required to review a potential acquisition. As a group we then has to present our results to two VP's. Within 3 days I was invited back for interviews which consisted of 1 on 1 interviews with an Associate, VP and MD. These interviews were primarily technical and competency based.
