Applied online through ES website and completed a one-way video interview a few days later. First round was a behavioral interview with an associate and analyst. Next round was with a VP and then an Excel skills and modeling test. Excel test comprised of functions (vlookup, sumproduct, index match, etc) and building a real estate financial model.

The first round interviewer was a Hirevue consisting of 3 questions. After the Hirevue you are moved to an interview with an analyst. The Hirevue only gives you one try to answer each question so be smooth.

My overall experience of the questions were good, it felt that the interviewers were more concerned about if I was a cultural fit. A very unexpected question was "Who is my favourite Harry Potter character". The interviews also wanted to know if I had a genuine interest in the area, this culminated in being asked my opinions on what was going on in the real estate market and my predictions.
