Interview
The hiring process was smooth and HR was very professional. The turnaround time for my 4 interviews was less than a month. (Or they just really needed someone to fill in for the position)
aside from behavioral interviews with team members, there are mandatory Math/excel/grammar tests.
Interview Questions
Nothing was unexpected, they ask you general concepts based on certain courses you took back in college. So if you are a couple of years out of school and your current occupation does not have too much to do with what you learned in school, please be sure to go back and study a little bit or review some general concepts, or else it will be embarrassing when you can't explain what Slutsky Decomposition is or how to solve substitution and income effects.

Interview
Very good experience. Was notified and kept in the loop the whole time by the recruiter. Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter who then forwarded me on to another phone interview with the VP of the group. Three days later, the recruiter contacted me to schedule an onsite, which consisted of 4 back to back 45 min interviews. Mix of behavorial and technical, more on the technical side as this was for senior associate. Was told I got the job the same day.

Interview
I submitted my application on Handshake. Luckily for me the PM was an alum of my school and he was going to be at the career fair. I met him there and we had a nice conversation and from there I was invited to HQ for the interview. However it was 6 rounds, each of which lasted half an hour. They ultimately went with someone else since I was only a sophomore.
Interview Questions
The most difficult part was that it was way too long for just an internship interview. I met with 8-9 people over three hours, from 1-4. The interviews didn't also didn't have a set structure--each round kinda just went in the way of the interviewer. Sometimes we would speak about athletics (I'm on the track team), and next thing you know I am asked to choose between buying stock in Facebook or Microsoft. Admittedly I was not as prepared as I wanted to be as I was only a sophomore but at the same time the interview was all over the place.

Interview
Less than one week after I applied for the part-time internship position, I received a phone call from HR. After a 15 minute phone interview (essentially a walk-through of my resume), I scheduled an in-person interview with two specialists and an assistant manager.

I arrived at the Boston office, and I enjoyed the professional atmosphere. I first sat down to take a timed test involving basic data analysis, arithmetic, and some graphing. After this experience, I spoke with my interviewers. They seemed very nice, but aloof for some reason. It didn't seem like they were enthusiastic about their work at all.
Interview Questions
Can you tell us about a time you experienced conflict within a team? How did you resolve it?

I spoke about an academic team experience involving inappropriate, argumentative e-mails being sent between two people on the team. I spoke on how I brought them together immediately after the first e-mails were sent out and made them discuss their grievances with one another. I involved my other teammates in this process as well, and together we resolved this conflict.
