Interview
I first applied for the position around end of December. I received a call from the recruiter 2 months after and did a phone interview. I was notified I passed the first round within two weeks and would be video interviewing in the next coming 2 weeks. I video interveiwed with 3 of the upper level managers.
Interview Questions
It was very behavioral focused so honestly, you can literally prepare for the video interviews by looking up generic behavioral questions and then preparing and tailoring to your needs. I wouldn't say the interview questions were difficult per se but one of the interviewers really went in depth about this research report on a company that I did. It started with tell me about the research report you did on XXX company? Then it went into questions like how did you conduct your valuations, what are the drivers of the company.

Interview
Started off with a phone interview, which asked basic behavioral questions and resume stuff. Second round consisted of 1 on one in person case interview about market sizing.
Interview Questions
The first round asked me lots of very specific questions about my graduate program, more so than any other firm I have applied to in the past. In the second round, the interviewers seemed to intentionally ask me slightly altered versions of the answers I gave previously in an attempt to trip me up or see if I was lying. In addition, they asked me a generic "Why are you interested in consulting" question, and the interviewer was a bit aggressive in questioning and disputing the answers that I gave.
