The online test is about quick mental math, probability questions, and knowledge about financial markets.
The first two interviews are HR interviews.
The third interview is a technical interview with a senior trader.
The last round is the on-site interview, with two rounds of trading games.
Interview Questions
The trader played a dice game with all the candidates. Each candidate gets 6 dice to roll, but doesn't get to know what values they get. All candidates trade the sum of all the dice together. Sometimes the trader will throw some small/medium/large volume buy or sell orders to the market, and the first responders get the trade. Candidates trade the sum for a while before revealing the actual value of the sum and compute the profit and loss. Candidates are allowed to use pan and paper for the game.
