I went through three in-person interview sessions with different members of the team. The interviews combined reasoning questions with technical finance discussions on fixed income, equities, macroeconomics, and recent market data. The process was technically relevant, but the overall experience was disappointing. Some interviewers came across as dismissive and, at times, condescending. After the final round, there was no communication for approximately two months, until I eventually received an email saying that another candidate had been selected.
