Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through the company portal uploading my CV and Cover Letter. I received an email from hiring manager 1 month later inviting me for a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of very general questions, with background, interests, motivation and basic behavioral questions (30min). I was then invited for a virtal modelling interview for 90 minutes. It was an moderately difficult valuation case testing on DCF, IRR, NPV and WACC concepts. The interviewer grilled me on several concepts till he was satisfied. A week later, I received an invite for the final interview, which comprised of 3 back to back interviews with different senior managers/managers of the team. It was completely behavioral at this stage and did not have a clear objective in my opinion apart from assessing the motivation. Overall, the wait for the first interview was a bit long, but the process moved smoothly after that. I had a pleasant time talking to all the people, except for the financial case interview which seemed like a stress interview. I suggest that candidates brush up on all basic valuation concepts and prepare to work and walkthrough excel real time. Behavioral interviews were straightforward.
I received the verbal offer from HR 5 days later with offer terms. Once I accepted, they shared the offer letter
