I got an email scheduled for a quick phone interview. Things went well so I got invited to an onsite. On the onsite, it was a 2 day interview process, the first day a 1 on 1 interview.

It started very casually, just getting to know more about me (pretty much behavioral questions), except it felt very informal and the guy went out of his way to make sure we learned each other a lot. Then there was a mental math portion. A lot of basic arithmetic including addition/multiplication. I'd say I got roughly 18/20 right if I were to guess. This was followed by a brain teaser.

2nd day was more interesting. I got timed to do another mental math test, but slightly more difficult and under pressure (it was to check for poise I presume). Afterwards another interviewer joined in and asked me more behavioral questions. He had to go back to his computer due to lot of trade opportunities so the guy from yesterday continued to interview me. He asked a probability question and then one more brain teaser. After that, it was honestly just chatting again, learning more about each others' philosophies. This was one interview I didn't feel too stressed but felt genuinely was enjoying. That concluded the entire interview process.
