Trader Trainee

First you take an online timed math test (addition, subtraction, multiplication). The first round interview is over the phone and was another timed math test, followed by a few logic/estimation problems, then a long discussion/description of the company, the role, how the pay works, etc.

First in-person interview consists of yet another timed math test, more logic problems, description of role/company, and also much more about your background and interest. Final interview is again very similar to the first in person interview just with different people - more logic, background, timed addition/subtraction.

Examples: 1186 - 294; 15.5 - (-16); How long would it take you to bike from Las Vegas to Chicago assuming you had unlimited access to supplies/shelter?; How many blue eyes are there in the United States?
