Interview
The process was quite straightforward. It started with a phone screener with the hiring manager. Then I was brought in to meet with the hiring manager and two senior leaders in the same group. The interview was almost entirely behavioral.
Interview Questions
There were no trick questions or highly technical cases to prepare for. The interview was largely a behavioral one. There were a few questions around my personal experiences and how I believe those translate to the customer needs. The most challenging question, I believe, dealt with a make-believe situation. I'm in the room with the customer and my manager, and my manager informs the customer of something that is not true (assumed unintentionally). How do you react knowing that the outcome of this meeting is supposed to be a decision on how to proceed?
