Interview
The hiring process is relatively straight forward. I submitted my resume through their careers portal online and got an invitation to interview within two or three days. I arrive to their office expecting to get grilled with technical questions, but the interview was purely behavioral. It started out as a quick thirty minute conversation with one of the associates and ended up getting an opportunity to meet one of the managing partners as well. Overall nothing too difficult, so I would not worry about preparing for this interview at all. They appeared to be a little intimidating at first but are pretty nice people and are not out to embarrass candidates.
