Applied online. EPIC Ventures also does on campus recruiting at BYU and U of U. Initial phone screen, followed by take home assignment asking you to evaluate and source a deal locally. After that is reviewed, you then have an in person interview with one of the directors. Typical behavioral questions, why VC, name a company you're interested in, and why. Talked about career aspirations.
