Applied online through school career site. Few days later a phone interview was scheduled. Very basic interview. Just simple skill questions/ run through resume/ why are you interested. Later had a 1 on 1 interview. Little more difficult. They asked more specific real estate valuation skill questions with terms. Overall fairly easy
