I had an interview with a panel of 3 people from the project them they were hiring a student for. They started of with asking me about the company and a general behavioral interview. This was followed by a resume scrutiny where details of every position was examined. Then there was a technical round. each person on the team asked 2-3 questions each and of increasing difficulty. In the end there was a a coding question in a language of my choice.

Tell us about a situation where you faced failed and how you dealt with it? I sruggled with a response for this one. ended up picking a class in university that i was struggling with and how I managed to do well in the end
Tell us something about yourself not on the resume. I told them about a new volunteer position I had taken up recently which was not on my resume. They seemed pretty interested and happy with the answer

Applied for the position through on campus recruiting. I had a 30 minute behavioral interview on campus with basic questions about why consulting, my background and career goals. Final round interview was 1.5 hours and consisted of a case interview and presentation. I was given a slide deck with information. I had 75 minutes to analyze and prepare a presentation before actually presenting for 3 consultants who then questioned me about my analysis.

A recruiter first contacted me by email, asking me to fill a questionnaire that would serve as a screen for hiring managers to determine whether I would have a first round of interview.
A week later I received a call scheduling me for an interview with a hiring manager.
First round interview is over the phone. Second round is at the office for a written case interview and a presentation of the insights. 75 minutes are given for case and presentation.
