Accounting Intern

Got invited to interview about a month after applying and did first interview with HR, purely behavioral. (Tell me a time you had conflict with a team/different opinions or something similar to that). Took another month to hear back for second round with manager and a sr accountant which was also just behavioral and asking about my resume (extracurriculars, my fav class, why accounting etc). Overall a very easy low stress process. Got asked to hop on a Teams call with HR about a week later. Make sure to do STAR.
